So I’m trying something new… Usually I just think of what I wanna eat and meal prep it. Take leftovers to lunch etc. I’m going to use this tool. Workout pros and cons and see if it will  be beneficial for me and save me some time during the week. If you’ve done this or something like this please let me know what you think and what’s worked for yoy. I’m all ears. Thanks 😁😃

Just completed our first @chidisize Tuesday bootcamp with #chidisize fitness group and it was #awesome !! Great work out. Kicked my butt! I wish I had my polar monitor to see how many calories I burned. I’m guessing between 600-800. 😃😁 can’t wait until next week! #flatline #about2passout #drills #running #groupworkouts #wegotitin #butImAbout2PassOut #fitfam #bringafriendTuesdays (at Clements HS track)
